- All orders will be shipped within three business day they are purchased. Please note that there are no shipments to be made during Weekends and Special Holidays.
- All orders will be shipped depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. If flat rate shipping is selected we will determine the best way to ship your purchase. Please allow 10 business days for flat rate shipments to arrive at their destination.
- If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email or phone. Hence, we require customers to provide us a valid email address and a contact number.
- Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the entire order. We always attempt to ship the entire order in one packaging rather than by single item.
- Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of original order time. Any attempts after this are subject to our return policy. Please be sure that what you purchase is what you want.
- Returns: If for any reason your are not satisfied with your order after is has been shipped you may return merchandise in its original unopened condition/packaging within 7 days of receiving for a refund less shipping and handling costs and 20% restocking fee. This includes all refused or misdireted merchandise as well. All returns must be preapproved via contact of Sawtooth Foods, LLC email address info@sawtoothfoods.com.
- Faulty merchandise: If an item received is defective you may return item within 7 days to exchange for a new one. Additional shipping cost on faulty merchandise will be reimbursed by Sawtooth Foods, LLC if item is found to be defective. All faulty merchandise returns must be preapproved via Sawtooth Foods, LLC email address info@sawtoothfoods.com.
